Participants will receive neon goodies:
Glow necklaces
Glow bracelets
Neon sweat bands

Award will be presented for:
Overall male and female
Age Group Winners (14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)

Dog and stroller, friendly!
Some areas are dark- glow lights on dogs and strollers are strongly encouraged.
