Tickets are now on sale for the five-course celebratory dinner and wine pairing welcoming The Gulf’s new Executive Culinary Director, Wesley True.

Chef True, a Gulf Coast native, is a James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and was also featured on Season 13 of Bravo’s Top Chef. He will create a unique, indulgent menu for the occasion, and dishes will be perfectly paired with wine from Tackitt Family Vineyards located east of Paso Robles, California.

Winemaker Leon Tackitt is flying out to attend the dinner, and will be educating guests about each wine pairing.

Tickets are $75.00 per person, which includes the wine. Proceeds for this dinner will benefit the EOD Warrior Foundation, a non-profit group that provides financial assistance and support to active-duty and veteran wounded, injured, or ill EOD warriors and their families.

Leon Tackitt is a former EOD himself, and served in the U.S. Navy for 27 years.

The dinner kicks off on Thursday, November 17th with cocktails & hors d’oeuvres starting at 6pm and the dinner beginning at 7pm.
