Robin Brown runs the cafeteria at Fort Walton Beach High School. She’s also the reason why FWBHS began offering some vegan food options..

One of her dreams is to see a flash mob happen in the cafeteria during the lunch periods.

The FWBHS Dance Team made it happen for her…

“Robin is one of the nicest people around and everyone at the school loves her”, said Erin Longo, Dance Teacher & Dance Team Coach at FWBHS. “I had to deliver. So, I asked one of my dancers from the dance team if she’d like to choreograph a flash mob and she was thrilled at the opportunity.”

According to Longo, the student had approximately 2-3 days to complete the task and she asked a fellow dance team member to assist her to make it all happen.

The flash mob was then taught to the FWBHS Stars dance team, as well as all of the dance classes at FWBHS.

“I asked our principal, Mr. Spolski, for his permission and he gave us the green light”, said Longo. “On Thursday Dec. 12th, all of the dancers at FWBHS united to deliver a holiday flash mob for both lunch periods. It was a blast!!”
