Looking for a fun addition to your next birthday party, family reunion or event? Johnny’s Snowcones, a locally owned mobile snow cone truck, has you covered. They’ll come park at your event and serve snow cones for your guests!

Why Snow Cones?

John and Melissa Henderson of Freeport created Johnny’s Snowcones not only as a business opportunity, but also as an opportunity to make memories. Ironically, when they first met, Melissa was working in a snow cone stand outside of Anglers on Okaloosa Island. This was a driving factor of picking snow cones over anything else they could have made.

Also, almost everyone has some kind of childhood memory when they were enjoying a sweet, cool treat. Most people remember their neighborhood ice cream truck, but John and Melissa wanted to switch this idea up and make it more unique!

Johnny’s operates on three main values – good vibes, quality service, and lasting memories. They specialize in birthday parties, pool parties, and grand openings. But they’re up to service any event, big or small!

How do you book Johnny’s Snowcones?

You can contact Johnny’s through their Facebook and Instagram or by phone at (850) 420-7400.

In most cases Johnny’s will charge a flat rate to come to your event for a specified time. At that point, they would provide UNLIMITED snow cones for the amount of time booked. At larger events with multiple food trucks or larger groups, they will accept cash and card.

Because they service such a wide area, Johnny’s does not have a permanent location. However, they frequently set up in front of one of the Militia Fitness locations (Destin and Fort Walton) in case you need a snowcone fix!

When I asked Melissa what the best flavors were, here’s what she said:

“We wouldn’t carry them if ’em if we didn’t like ’em! But if we had to choose, grab a Tiger’s Blood with Sweet Cream on top. That’s our undisputed favorite. Cotton Candy, Blue Raspberry, and pina colada are also among the must haves!”

It is John and Melissa’s hope that they leave a lasting impression on all their customers and that people will leave with great memories of time with friends and family around the Johnny’s truck!

That sounds like fun to me! Just imagine cooling your guests down with a snowcone at your kid’s hot summer birthday party! Have you gotten to try Johnny’s Snowcones yet?

If you want to have a bangin’ party, book Johnny’s Snowcones AND the Kombi Keg and you’re set!😱
