A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued for portions of the central Gulf Coast, and tropical conditions are expected in those areas beginning late Tuesday. Heavy rainfall from this system will affect portions of the central Gulf Coast over the next few days, including areas that have already received heavy rainfall from a different weather system.
Potential Tropical Cyclone Seven will bring heavy rainfall and gusty winds to portions of the Bahamas, South Florida, and the Florida Key today.
According to the National Hurricane center, the combination of a dangerous storm surge and the tide will cause normally dry areas near the coast to be flooded by rising waters moving inland from the shoreline. From Destin to the Mississippi-Alabama border, water could reach 1-2 feet above ground if the peak surge occurs at the time of high tide.
Of course all of this could change so just be prepared and keep an eye on your local weather source.

FWB & Destin Target to get new looks
Be prepared to be a bit confused when walking into the Target stores in Destin & Fort Walton Beach.
Why?
Because no 2 Target stores will look the same after their remodels are complete.
In a press release, Target said,
“No two remodels look exactly alike, and for a good reason. We approach each one with a customized combo of the latest enhancements from our next generation of store design, to meet the unique needs of the store and the neighborhood around it…Every store is different. If yours has two entrances, one will be designed around “ease” and the other around “inspiration.” The “ease” entrance might have features like Drive Up parking spaces, an online Order Pickup counter, self-checkout lanes and grab-and-go grocery and essentials right there as you walk in—everything the guest needs to get in and out quickly.”
