The Okaloosa County Tax Collector’s Office has announced their participation and collaboration with the United States Postal Service in an effort to keep customers informed about their incoming mail pieces.

More specifically, their vehicle registration renewals, property tax notices and business tax receipt renewals.

“Through the United States Postal Service’s FREE Informed Delivery program, our customers can stay informed of the delivery of their individual mail pieces. Using Informed Delivery you can digitally preview your mail and manage your package deliveries,” said Tax Collector Ben Anderson.

According to the Tax Collector’s office, registering for Informed Delivery provides customers with the ability to preview the exterior of incoming and delivered letter-sized mail pieces, as well as track packages in one convenient location.

Additionally, users can choose to receive notification of arrivals via email, making it easier than ever to see if mail has been delivered.

“Our partnership with the United States Postal Service makes it easier than ever to conduct Business Online, Not in Line. Receiving your notices acts as a reminder to complete your transactions through our Safe, Secure and Convenient website, OkaloosaTax.com.”
