The risk of rip currents increases to a HIGH RISK on Wednesday, May 13th, and that should last through at least Friday night, according to the US National Weather Service of Mobile, Alabama.

Today, Tuesday May 12th, will be a LOW risk as shown by the graphic below.

“If you’re planning a beach trip this week”, wrote the US National Weather Service, “today will be the best day before conditions in the Gulf worsen through the remainder of the week.”
