Authorities are investigating the deaths of multiple ducks at Twin Hills Park in Crestview, according to a statement issued Thursday afternoon by city officials.

As a precaution, the city has restricted access to the park’s two ponds until further notice. Officials are asking residents to refrain from fishing or interacting with wildlife at the ponds, and to not feed any animals at the parks.

The statement did not provide any details about the number of ducks that died or the cause of their deaths.
