Lucky Goat Coffee will bring its Tallahassee-roasted brews to the Emerald Coast later this month with the opening of a new café in Destin.
- The location, called Lucky Goat City Market, is set to open Sept. 24 at 36150 Emerald Coast Parkway, Suite 107.
The café will be owned and operated by Tom and Koley Houle, who live in the Destin area. The couple returned to Florida after moving across state lines for career opportunities, according to a post on the café’s Facebook page.
Lucky Goat was founded 16 years ago and has grown into a specialty coffee brand with a following in Florida and across the country. The company roasts its coffee in Tallahassee.
The Destin café will follow the brand’s approach of designed spaces and trained baristas, the company said.
