A newly constructed home at 353 Okaloosa Road in Fort Walton Beach will host an open house Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., showcasing ultra-modern design in the Elliott Point neighborhood.

The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home spans 2,765 square feet and features a bold black exterior with warm wood trim and stone finishes. JP Carducci Construction built the property, which is listed at $800,000 by Nikki Segraves Wood with ERA American Real Estate.

The open-concept interior includes soaring ceilings, recessed lighting throughout and a chef’s kitchen with a large island, marble countertops, custom backsplash and hidden butler’s pantry. The home features integrated surround sound in the living room, primary suite and master bathroom.
