Northwest Florida real estate professional Nikki Segraves Wood of ERA American Real Estate is ranked No. 17 in the ERA Real Estate network, continuing a run of national recognition and success.

Her clients range from traditional buyers and sellers to investors pursuing rehabs, short-term rentals and long-term holds, as well as new construction builders and land developers. The latest recognition builds on Wood’s previous honor as a Top 1% ERA real estate professional globally, which she received at ERA’s FUEL convention in Nashville in 2024.

Wood’s path to real estate was anything but conventional. Before real estate, she pursued a career in emergency services as a firefighter and paramedic. After Wood returned to Northwest Florida from Massachusetts in 2000, an introduction to the real estate industry through a developer changed the direction of her career. Within two years, she had earned her broker’s license and opened a brokerage.
Today, Northwest Florida remains home for Wood, her husband, Keith, and daughters Lauren and Addyson. It is also where she has chosen to build a real estate career that competes at the highest levels of an international network.
Wood credits part of that continued growth to the support, resources and relationships she has at ERA American Real Estate.
