Origin Bank has hired Jami Searle as senior vice president and commercial relationship banker at its Fort Walton Beach location, the company announced this week.
- Searle brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on financial analysis, real estate lending, working capital lines, equipment financing and managing financing for construction projects and real estate developments.
“Jami brings the kind of experience and focus on relationships that make her a natural fit for the Origin team,” said Robin Donlon, Florida Panhandle market leader at Origin Bank. “She understands the needs of local businesses and has facilitated so much growth throughout her career. We’re thrilled to welcome her to Origin and know what an incredible resource she will be for our customers.”
In her new role, Searle will work with commercial customers to identify their financial needs and connect them with products and resources to support their daily operations and long-term growth.
Searle earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, finance and management from Tabor College. She also completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida, where she received the Dr. C. Arnold Matthews Honor Graduate Award.
A Fort Walton Beach resident, Searle and her husband have two children, Kellen and Kate. She serves as a board member and co-treasurer of Community Solutions of the Emerald Coast, co-treasurer of Impact 100 Northwest Florida, and is active at Trinity United Methodist Church.
Searle is based at Origin Bank’s Fort Walton Beach Financial Center at 212 Racetrack Road NW.
