WordroW is Get The Coast’s daily word puzzle featuring local words, places, and phrases from our community.
You have six guesses to find the mystery word – green letters are correct and in the right spot, yellow letters are in the word but wrong position, and gray letters aren’t in the word at all.
Remember, on our WordroW – we may include names or words that aren’t in the dictionary, but are applicable to our local area!

I play the Word game and enjoy it, but today on my first try…I entered the word “Jesus” and the reply was “Is that a word ?” How disappointing! Yes it is definitely a word
Mr. Laiken.
We utilize gaming software for all of our Get The Coast games. It comes with a built-in dictionary containing singular words (excluding names). We almost always have it turned off since many of our “words” are names, places, terms that are specific to our area.
JESUS should have been allowed and would have been had the built-in dictionary been turned off – since by default, it excludes names. I’m not sure how it was left on for this game but it has been rectified.
I can promise that my wife (who makes the daily games) did not do anything maliciously being a Jesus follower herself.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’m thrilled that you enjoy playing the daily game and hope that you continue.
