Big Kahuna’s Water Park to host World’s Largest Swimming Lesson event

Big Kahuna's Water Park will join aquatic facilities nationwide in hosting the World's Largest Swimming Lesson on Thursday, aimed at drowning prevention.

Big Kahuna’s Water Park will host the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson on Thursday, June 26, at 12 p.m., joining numerous organizations and aquatic facilities in an event designed to raise awareness about the importance of teaching children to swim.

  • The lesson is free with paid water park admission, and pre-registration is required to participate. All ages can take part, with participants split by age and swim ability groups. Certified lifeguards and instructors will lead the lesson.

Guests who complete the lesson will receive a complimentary return ticket valid for use on a future visit. Those who register online will also receive a free return ticket.

The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson initiative aims to prevent drowning incidents and enhance quality of life for individuals. The event emphasizes the collective effort of multiple organizations dedicated to water safety education.

According to the event organizers, learning to swim and acquiring essential water safety skills lay the groundwork for lifelong drowning prevention.
