Spectrum offering automatic bill credits, free equipment replacement after Hurricane Isaias

Spectrum is offering automatic bill credits and free equipment replacement to customers affected by Hurricane Isaias, the company said.

Once service is restored, appropriate outage credits will be applied automatically, and Spectrum equipment damaged by the storm will not be charged to customers, according to the company’s Saturday storm and service update.

Spectrum projected Saturday that 97% of storm-impacted customer accounts in the Florida Panhandle and Alabama would be back online by the end of that day.

Crestview answered with a touchdown on the game’s final play, but Noah Renes blocked the extra point to seal the win.
