The fire in Santa Rosa Beach is now 65% contained with Thompson Road remaining closed at this time. According to South Walton Fire District, the fire has spread to more than 600 acres.

Pictures shared on Facebook this morning from Anabella Astori showed the damage the wildfire has caused across South Walton.
