Bit-Wizards wins Finest Place to Work, Finest Locally Owned Business awards

Community voters named Bit-Wizards the Finest Place to Work and Finest Locally Owned Business in the 2026 Finest on the Emerald Coast Community's Choice Awards.

Bit-Wizards, a managed IT services company, won the Finest Place to Work and Finest Locally Owned Business categories in the 2026 Finest on the Emerald Coast Community’s Choice Awards, the company announced Sept. 24.

  • The company was also recognized as a finalist in the Finest Customer Service category.

The annual awards honor businesses, organizations and professionals that make the area one of the best places to live, work and do business. Winners are selected through community voting.

“These awards are meaningful to us because we’re passionate about our team and the people we serve, and it’s their votes that get us here,” said Bit-Wizards CEO Vince Mayfield. “This recognition speaks directly to the workplace we’ve intentionally built together over the years and what it means to our clients.”

The company said the honors add to a growing list of workplace and culture-related achievements for Bit-Wizards, which has served organizations across the region for more than 25 years. The company continues to prioritize employee well-being and customer success, according to the announcement.

“I’m proud to see our team embrace a people-first culture where the support we show each other translates into the support we provide our customers,” Mayfield said. “It’s always been part of our DNA and how we strive to be every day.”

Founded in 2000, Bit-Wizards said it remains committed to delivering effective technology solutions while fostering a work environment rooted in trust, collaboration, continuous learning and service. The company credits those attributes, along with its human-centered approach, with giving organizations in the area a better way to leverage and protect technology.
