Generations United Church will host the two-day Encounter Women’s Conference on May 29-30, welcoming women from across the Gulf Coast region for worship, teaching and spiritual renewal.

  • The conference will feature worship leader and speaker Rita Springer along with pastor and leadership teacher Suzannah Driver. Organizers describe the event as more than a traditional conference, inviting attendees to “deeply encounter God — to slow down, draw near, and experience His presence in a way that changes you.”

Springer is a worship leader, singer-songwriter, author and teacher whose ministry spans more than three decades. She is known for her passionate and prophetic worship style, multiple worship albums and for founding the DIVE worship school.

Driver co-leads Echo Life Church in Pensacola with her husband, Joe Driver. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership.

  • “We want to offer an opportunity for women to step away from the noise of everyday life and truly encounter the presence of God,” said LaToya Reid, Generations United ministry director. “We believe women will leave refreshed, encouraged, and empowered in their faith, and we invite every woman — no matter her season of life — to come be part of what God is going to do.”

The conference is open to women of all ages and will include worship, teaching, connection and opportunities for spiritual encouragement and renewal.

Registration and additional event details are available through the Generations United Church events page.
