The Niceville Fire Department has launched its first-ever community survey as the department works to develop a Strategic Plan for the next three to five years.
- The survey gives residents, business owners and partnering agencies an opportunity to share their experiences, priorities and expectations for the department. Responses will help the department identify strengths, areas for improvement and goals for the years ahead, according to the department.
“This is an important first step as we look toward the future, and we want to hear from the people we serve,” Fire Chief Alex Kukulus said. “As our first community survey, we hope our residents, business community, and partnering agencies will share their thoughts. Their feedback will help us identify what we do well, where we can improve, and what our priorities should be over the next three to five years.”
The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and can be accessed here. Responses are anonymous unless participants voluntarily choose to provide their contact information.
Community members are encouraged to complete the survey and share it with neighbors, family, friends and others who live or work in the Niceville community.
