The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death of a man who was reportedly seen falling from a 6th-floor balcony.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a man who was reportedly seen falling from a 6th-floor balcony at the Emerald Grande in Destin around noon Friday.

His name has not been released at this time, according to the sheriff’s office.

A death investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the fall. The sheriff’s office said there is no evidence of foul play.
