  1. Will WFH customers that depend on the COX internet service be given prorate for loss of service, not to mention wages lost for not being able to work (for those that do contract work remotely).

    1. Hopefully you have cox business. Not that it would have helped here, but if you’re working on regular internet, they don’t care.

  2. If the lines were located correctly and dug up to verify the locate and cox had someone on location when the work was being done then this cut line would or should have been avoided.

    1. As a former fiber technician I can say 1 of 2 things happened the site was not located or it was located and they cut it regardless either way they have a huge bill coming to them

  4. Going on 2 days without service, forcing me to take PTO. Making the switch to Live Oak Fiber next week

  5. I’m still experiencing intermittent outages, but the bright side is I’m not exceeding my data caps! #ThanksCoz

  6. I work from home as an influencer. I have a YouTube channel where I teach how to make balloon animals. If my internet doesn’t stay up I have to do this live for tourists in the Alvin’s Island parking lot…and the commute is horrendous. #ThanksCox
