ERA American Real Estate has built a comprehensive support system for military families across the Emerald Coast, combining cash rewards after home closings with an annual flag distribution program and a roster of 16 veteran agents who understand the unique challenges of military life.

  • The brokerage’s Military Real Estate Rewards Program provides cash back after closing to eligible active-duty military members, veterans and their families when they buy or sell a home with an ERA American agent.

“By blending service and celebration with ongoing support, ERA American’s relationship with the military community isn’t just about buying or selling homes — it’s about being a reliable neighbor and advocate in every season of life,” said Linde Bowman, vice president and head of brokerage at ERA American.

Sixteen ERA American agents are veterans themselves: Adrienne Wilkinson, Brian Nadreau, Chris Collins, Johnny Mckenzie, Joran Lorenzen, Kimberly Nilles, Mark Gauthier, Michelle Whitaker, Joyce Campbell, Paula Sherman, Nick LaRue, Chris McCormack, Marcus Mader, Tina Maples, Dustin Whisman and Igenia McNeil.

  • “As a veteran and part of the ERA American Real Estate family, I’m proud to work with a company that truly honors our military,” said Joyce Campbell, ERA American Agent. “Each year, we share free American flags through our flag bouquet program, recognize our veteran agents, and join local parades in Crestview, Niceville, Mary Esther, and Fort Walton Beach.”

Each year, the company orders and distributes tens of thousands of American flags during what ERA American calls Flag Season. The annual initiative honors military service, celebrates patriotic holidays and shows unity across the Emerald Coast through neighborhood flag displays.

“During ‘flag season,’ our agents place flags across neighborhoods and cemeteries, serving as a powerful reminder of the freedoms we cherish and those who sacrificed for them,” Campbell added. “At ERA American, honoring our heroes isn’t just tradition; it’s who we are.”
