ERA American Real Estate turned a Blue Wahoos baseball game into a community celebration for the second straight year on April 18, bringing together about 175 agents, staff and their guests for an evening at the ballpark.
- The local real estate company hosted its second annual “Day at the Park” event during the Blue Wahoos game against the Knoxville Smokies. The event was part of ERA Real Estate’s partnership with Major League Baseball, with ERA American selected as one of the local markets to host an activation. Attendance grew significantly from last year’s event, which drew more than 100 guests.
Agents could host their clients from a private party deck or invite larger groups through additional stadium seating, with every party deck seat filled on game night.
Tony Lombardo, President and CEO of ERA American Real Estate, said the company jumped at the chance to participate again.
“When we found out that ERA Real Estate selected our market again for the local activation of the partnership with Major League Baseball this year, we went all in to maximize the effort,” Lombardo said.

The effort caught the attention of ERA Real Estate at the national level. The company featured ERA American in its quarterly marketing brand email, highlighting the local team’s execution of the event as a strong example of national brand activation driving local impact.
Jill Wood, an ERA American agent, said the national recognition reflects how the company operates locally.
- “One of the things I appreciate is how ERA American takes national marketing partnerships and turns them into real experiences for agents, clients and the community,” Wood said. “It’s more than branding. It creates excitement, visibility and connection.”
Several agents had standout moments during the evening. Rik Poloski had the honor of throwing out the first pitch, a highlight for the Blue Wahoos season ticket holder.
“As a Blue Wahoos season ticket holder, I’ve watched a lot of baseball from the stands,” Poloski said. “Getting to throw a first pitch was something very special. The fact that it happened at an ERA event with over 100 friends and family made it a Home Run.”

Walker Clemmons took part in the in-game “Deal or No Deal” challenge, and Marsha Babe of The Babe Group helped close out the evening by participating in the fireworks send-off.
- “I never imagined real estate would lead to opportunities like launching fireworks after a Blue Wahoos game, but that’s one of the things that makes ERA American different,” Babe said. “They create experiences that make agents feel valued while bringing the company together in a fun and memorable way.”
In the lead-up to game day, ERA American built momentum through coordinated agent communications and a Bobblehead Social Challenge that encouraged agents to share ERA-branded posts for a chance to win in-stadium incentives. Agents also took part in a Lucky Duck Draft at the company’s sales meeting, with prizes including party deck tickets, drinks and on-field promotional opportunities.
The event continues ERA American’s focus on community engagement and agent appreciation. Earlier this year, the company hosted a Super Open House event across Northwest Florida and was recognized nationally when its VIBE marketing team won a national marketing award for the third consecutive year.
