ERA American Real Estate honors top performers at Annual Gala

The January awards ceremony recognized agents and staff across multiple categories while celebrating company culture with live entertainment and dining.

ERA American Real Estate hosted its Annual Gala & Awards Ceremony in January, bringing together agents, staff and leadership for an evening celebrating top performers and company values.

  • The event recognized excellence across multiple categories, including Top Ten Agents of 2025, Elite Agents of 2025 and 100% Customer Satisfaction Awards from 2025. 

Additional honors included the Move Up Award, Rookie of the Year Award, Service Excellence Award, Department Excellence Award, the Gloria K. Frazier Award and the President’s Award.

Tony Lombardo, president and CEO of ERA American Real Estate, emphasized the event’s significance.

“Our Annual Awards Ceremony and Gala is more than a celebration—it’s a moment of gratitude,” Lombardo said. “It is our greatest honor to recognize the agents and staff whose dedication, integrity, and commitment shape ERA American Real Estate every day. Their contributions over the past year have strengthened our company, our culture, and the communities we serve, and we are proud to celebrate the people who make this organization what it is.”

  • Entertainment for the evening featured Accent, a band that performed Motown, Top 40/Pop, Classic Rock and oldies. Guests enjoyed cuisine throughout the night, including crème brûlée.

Karen Grimmer praised the event’s execution.

“The entire administrative staff at ERA American put so much time and effort into organizing our annual Gala. It’s truly an event we look forward to every year with great anticipation,” Grimmer said. “A night we all come together and Sparkle! The company makes it a point to recognize not just the top performing agents but all the people whose contributions make this one of the top Real Estate agencies in the Florida Panhandle.” 

The gala blended recognition with celebration, featuring live music and dancing in an atmosphere designed to encourage connection among attendees.

Top Ten winners include The Lorie Coogle Team, Nikki Segraves Wood, The Sherman Grimmer Group, Marisela Molnar, Jill Coon, The Babe Group, Pam Heinold, Ramona Speer, Jill Wood, Desiree Keebaugh, Bonnie Seals, Mark Gauthier, The Pat Williams Team, Bethany Mixson, Walker Clemmons, and Janet Johnson.

Elite winners include Sandra Slights, Rebecca Hensel, Tina Maples, Heidi Best-Swift, Chris Collins, Wayne Myshin, The Brown Group, Micha Knowles, Kimberly Nilles, Debbie Lewis, Michelle Whitaker, Mary Plummer, Yun-Hui Roehrig, Karen Whyte, and The Marcella Stefani Team.

  • Marcus Mader received the Rookie of the Year award.

Department Excellence awards went to Celeste Templin, Fallene Wiley, Louise McAdoo, Jonelle Lewis and Deborah Holbrook.

Service Excellence awards were presented to Rhonda Armstrong, Heather Richardson, Max Keebaugh and Emily Gonzalez.

Deborah Holbrook received the Gloria K Frazier Award, and Lisa Burgener was honored with the President’s Award.

Top Ten winners will be celebrated in Puerto Rico.
